DevelopX and Inspeerity announce the formation of a strategic partnership. Inspeerity will become a member of the DevelopX group and all shareholding executives of Inspeerity will become shareholders of DevelopX.

They will join the DevelopX group management in addition to their ongoing operational roles within the management of Inspeerity.

Founded by successful serial entrepreneurs in 2019, DevelopX is a leading specialist for digital business building with a focus on digital consulting and integrated software services offering a 360° skill set in the frame of new business building and digital transformations. Headquartered in Hamburg, Germany DevelopX is operating four offices in Germany, Poland and Portugal and serves clients across multiple sectors with its over 200 employees.

Inspeerity is one of the fastest growing European software houses offering extensive experience in software development, team extension and nearshoring services across a variety of sectors. Inspeerity is currently home to over 130 experts and software developers in two offices in Białystok and Warsaw, Poland, with ambitious plans to expand into additional locations.

Jointly, DevelopX and Inspeerity are planning to accelerate their growth journey by offering their clients an extended range of digital services and sharing their extensive experience across industries and technologies.
